The cost of booking a dental nurse locum can vary based on several factors, including the length of the assignment, the skill level required, and our agency’s pricing structure.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking a dental nurse locum as early as possible—particularly for longer assignments or during busy periods. Some placements may require a minimum notice period. Contact us to discuss your staffing needs and secure a qualified dental nurse in advance.

Practices are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If a shift is cancelled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will apply.

You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone with the shift details — including location, date, and time — and we’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm availability. We will respond within 24 hours.

Yes, every nurse on our platform is GDC registered, has a DBS and insurance verification and hepatitis B certificate.

Nurses are paid directly through our platform, and we invoice you after the shift is completed. You’ll receive a summary of completed hours and payment terms.

In the rare event a nurse cancels, we’ll help you find a replacement as quickly as possible. We also maintain a pool of backup nurses who can step in when needed.

We highly value your feedback, as it plays a key role in maintaining the quality of our services. You’re welcome to share your experience with the dental nurse’s performance directly with our agency. Your input helps us uphold high standards and continually enhance the level of service we provide.
